The Newport Marriott is a pretty hotel right on the harbor, perfect for a winter getaway or summer stay. The rooms are comfortable with lovely harbor views, but we faced some noise issues and blurry windows. The service was prompt and friendly, though there were a few cleanliness issues in common areas. Overall, it's a nice place with beautiful settings, but it could use a few improvements.
